1. Changes.

2. Privacy
1) Any personal data and other private information about you gathered during an inquiry or Online Registration through our online or offline channels are subject to Sheila Greco Associates, LLC, Privacy Policy. If you are located outside the United States, by registering with Sheila Greco Associates, you consent to your data being sent to a company with business operations in the United States.

3. Copyright and Use Policies:
1) The information available through the Service is the property of Sheila Greco Associates, LLC., or its licensor, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any Services purchased or referencing content from the Service shall contain the following copyright notice: “Copyright ©2003, Sheila Greco Associates, LLC” or “Copyright © 2003, SGA Lists, LLC” along with Sheila Greco Associates or SGA Lists logo that appears on the respective site or on Service purchased. You are granted a nonexclusive, non-concurrent, nontransferable, limited license to access the Service. The Service is available ONLY for the sole research use of the Purchaser and may not be shared with other non-designated persons or entities. The Purchaser and each designated user(s) is responsible for the confidentiality and use of the Service and all activity related to the use of the Service. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, photocopy, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate the information received through the Service to anyone else without the express prior written consent of Sheila Greco Associates, LLC or SGA Lists, LLC. You may use the information from the Service within your company, but copying and distributing Sheila Greco Associates or SGA Lists original copyright-protected content to third parties from the Service is forbidden. You are prohibited from: a) using or permitting the use of the information to prepare an original database or a comparison to other databases that are sold, rented, published, or furnished in any manner to a third party; b) using or permitting the use of the information for the purpose of compiling, enhancing, verifying, supplementing, adding to, or deleting from any mailing list, business directory, or other compilation of information that is sold, rented, published or furnished in any manner to a third party; or c) using or permitting the use of the information in connection with any individual credit, employment or insurance applications.
2) Sheila Greco Associates, LLC, and SGA Lists, LLC, reserves the right to monitor your use of the Service to ensure compliance with this Agreement. If it is determined you are not in compliance with this Agreement, Sheila Greco Associates and SGA Lists reserves the right to take such action as is deemed necessary, including, but not limited to, assessing additional charges due to loss of compensation revenue. Sheila Greco Associates and SGA Lists Services are unique and tagged for authenticity. Any unauthorized duplication will be identifiable and therefore will be sourced for future litigation for compensation revenue lost.

4. Warranties & Limitations
1) DUE TO THE NUMBER OF SOURCES FROM WHICH INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE IS OBTAINED, AND THE INHERENT HAZARDS OF ELECTRONIC DISTRIBUTION AND THE INTERNET, THERE MAY BE DELAYS, OMISSIONS, OR INACCURACIES IN OBTAINING OR ACCESSING SUCH INFORMATION AND THE SERVICE.
2) THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS, “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. SHEILA GRECO ASSOCIATES, LLC, AND SGA LISTS, LLC, AND ITS DIVISIONS, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS CANNOT AND DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CORRECTNESS, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE NEWS AND INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, OR THE SERVICE ITSELF. NEITHER SHEILA GRECO ASSOCIATES, LLC, SGA LISTS, LLC, NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIVISIONS, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY ITS NEGLIGENCE OF CONTINGENCIES BEYOND ITS CONTROL IN PROCURING, COMPILING, INTERPRETING, REPORTING, OR DELIVERING THE SERVICE AND ANY NEWS AND INFORMATION THROUGH THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT WILL SHEILA GRECO ASSOCIATES, LLC, SGA LISTS, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN BY THE SUBSCRIBER IN RELIANCE ON SUCH INFORMATION, OR FOR DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE PURCHASER AGREES THAT THE LIABILITY OF SHEILA GRECO ASSOCIATES, LLC, SGA LISTS, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS, IF ANY, ARISING OUT OF ANY KIND OF LEGAL CLAIM (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE), IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION IN THE SERVICE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT THE PURCHASER PAID TO SHEILA GRECO ASSOCIATES, LLC AND ITS DIVISIONS, OR SGA LISTS, LLC, FOR USE OF THE SERVICE.

5. Payment.
Accounts must be prepaid in full prior to electronic and mail delivery, and may be paid by credit card, check, or money order. Delivery of Service is executed upon your acceptance and fulfillment of this Agreement.

6. No Cancellations.
You cannot cancel your order once the order has been made and payment has been received.

7. General.
This Agreement contains the final and entire agreement between us and supersedes other verbal or written negotiations, understandings or agreements. Your rights and obligations of this Agreement are not assignable. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement, all intellectual property issues, and your rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of New York.
